What is your Cancellation or Refund policy or what if I need to reschedule?

Our reschedule / cancelation policies are as follows:

  • Reschedules will only be allowed in extreme emergencies with proper documentation of the emergency and must be pre-approved by the Training Facility Director.
  • Reschedules that are approved by the Training Facility Director must take place within 60 days of the original class or the class fee shall be considered forfeited.
  • Once a class is scheduled and confirmed REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON and all registration fees collected shall be considered fully earned by the company for reserving the student’s seat in the class.
  • Students that do not show for their scheduled class, or who show up after the scheduled start time of the class will not be allowed to attend the class and will not be entitled to receive a refund of the class registration fees paid. The class registration fee shall be forfeited and a new class registration fee will have to be paid to reschedule the class.
