How long does it take after the course completion for the DMV to update my driver record?

Per the DMV, National Safety Council must send your completion information via electronic transmittal. The DMV then updates your driver record. This process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days following course completion. This is why it is recommended that all courses be completed at least 2 weeks before the intended suspension dates.
