Where is your training facility located?

Can I enroll in a CPR class on the same day the class will be taught?

A: No problem; as long as the class is still open, you can enroll and pay at the time of the course. If you have any questions, please contact us at (800) 573-016 or email us info@afrtraining.com or complete a contact form

What do I need to complete before class?

A: Nothing! Just arrive to class 10 minutes early, and wear comfortable clothes. We will provide everything else you need to get certified, including refreshments!

What is your Cancellation or Refund policy or what if I need to reschedule?

Is your training agency officially certified?

A: Yes we are authorized to provide course, and Heartsaver courses through the American Heart Association (AHA). All of our instructors maintain a current Instructor Card through the AHA.

Do you hold classes at businesses, schools, churches, and homes?

A: Of course! In fact, that is our specialty! We will travel to your workplace for as few as three people. Prices are substantially less (per person) for larger groups of 10 or more. We are happy to customize the training to you needs. Please see our Onsite training for more information

Why does registration require an e-mail address? What if I don't have one?

A. Your email address is the primary method used to send you your receipt of payment and confirm your registration. You are required to provide an e-mail address to register. If you don’t have an e-mail address, or if you don’t want to provide your e-mail address, contact American First Responder for a different registration method. American First Responder will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others.

What is your Rules of Operation and Conduct Policy

A student may be dismissed or barred from the class for tardiness; intoxication; consumption of controlled substances on the premises; rudeness; vulgar or disruptive behavior; carry firearms or smoking in the classroom; or for inattentiveness such as sleeping, reading materials not contained in the course instruction, etc. during the class.
